Wedding Venues Package – $1895 for Saturdays – $1695 for Sunday – Fridays – includes Wedding Venue, Sound & Light Production w/ an actual light engineer to customize the color of the lighting to match your decorations and slideshow on giant projector screens on left and right walls as shown in pics below, we also have a large stage with multiple microphones and audio options. we include a $90,000 concert level sound and light system with sound and light tech to add to the overall experience and fun of the wedding and reception. Included are 12 six feet rectangle tables, 10 large sixty inch round tables, 200-300 folding chairs – additional tables can be brought in for $10 each, Cleanup, Cash/Credit Liquor & Beer Bar w/ Bartenders & other Staff. we also have a secured spacious parking lot and very large dance floor as well. we have hosted over 80-90 weddings w/ receptions in past few years w/ super references, feedback, and Google reviews. we make the event easy to plan and coordinate while making the wedding experience truly Memorable & Fun. I truly believe we offer the most for the amount of money spent. i have seen other wedding & event venues charge $3000 – $5000 that cannot offer what we offer for the $1695 – $1895 package. i do not know of another Wedding Venue or Event Venue under $4000 that has even half of the sound & light production we include. you will not only get a great wedding & event venue but professional staff as well with national concert level sound and light system to make your event truly memorable. we leave the decorating to your decorator so you can have everything setup and decorated in desired customized manner. your decorator combined with our spacious venue w/ high ceilings, custom lighting, large dance floor, and stage will make your special wedding day one that everyone will remember and cherish forever.
outside catering or foods can be brought into our event venue or we can offer catering as well for $15-$16/head. all of our food is homemade, fresh, & hot. i have seen people spend over $18 – $20/head with outside caterers and not receive the quantity or quality of food we offer for $15-$16/head. for catering information, please CLICK on More Details under Catering towards the bottom of the First / Home Page of the website or CLICK Catering on square menu on top right hand corner.
we offer flexible financing, $200 deposit that goes towards the rental price to secure and guarantee the date, then monthly payments can be made up until the wedding date.
we have options available for $250 for rehearsal time from 2-5pm on the Friday before or 730-10pm on available Wednesdays or Thursdays.
also, we can provide an experienced DJ if desired for $240 that normally charges $450. we can also hook your computer or phone straight to our national concert level sound and light system if you wanted to do the music yourself. that would definitely by no problem or you can bring your own DJ.
i now also have white draping options, 5-6 sections for $225, or 8-10 sections for $325.
also, we have options where we can include the white draping, white table and white chair covers as well for upto 100 guests for $695. ($650 if less than 50 guests, $795 for 100 – 200 guests). from my experience, the draping, table and chair covers make up almost 80 percent of the decorating, with this option you can finish off the table tops yourself or hire a decorator to finish just the table tops. i have decorators i can recommend that can usually do the finishing touches for $700-$800 range or you can definitely pick your own decorator or finish off yourself. we have had great success with this option and saved alot of couples alot of money by using this method. below pics are the white decorating options we can provide.
